  • We understand design – All of us are qualified within the architecture or engineering fields. We’ve worked on projects using CAD and BIM for most of our careers and still do. We’ve all been up against deadlines late on a Friday night, so we realize our solutions have got to help deliver ever more detailed information, quicker and more frequently. It’s an important part of our success.

  • We speak your language – You’ll find we’re all open, approachable and can communicate at all levels. We’ll cut through the “tech talk”, breaking it down into easily understandable concepts. Whatever the situation, you’ll know exactly what we’re proposing and what it means.

  • We care – Seriously. It might be a cheesy thing to say, but we do really enjoy our work. For us, business is not about getting in, doing a job and getting out. It’s about building a relationship, working together and passing on our knowledge. Ask anyone we’ve worked with, they’ll agree.

Issue

You have experienced a crash while using the Adobe Flash player in the help or when viewing a video in an Autodesk product.  The crash may also happen in an unrelated function of the product while Adobe Flash is initializing in the background.

Solution

This crash is being caused by an older version of the Adobe Flash Player that is installed on your system.  Uninstalling the older version of Flash and then reinstalling a current version from the Adobe website should address the problem.
